Refunds
Ask within 7 days if the file could not be delivered.
Email [email protected] with the GitHub account you used and the approximate time of payment. Dodo Payments sends the receipt email.
A refund is for a file that failed to convert, expired before you could download it, or was charged twice. A day pass that was used for downloads is reviewed case by case. Pro can be cancelled in the billing portal so it does not renew.
After a refund, the download is blocked.
