Questions

›Why does a one-node cluster fail with a control-plane taint?

The control plane is tainted so workloads stay off it. Remove the taint only on a learning cluster, or add a worker node.

›Requests are small. Why Insufficient cpu?

Other pods already reserved the cpu through their requests, even if they are idle.
