The kubelet evicted the pod to reclaim node resources.
Disk, memory, or inodes on the node crossed an eviction threshold. This is a node problem, not an application exit.

›Will the pod come back?
A Deployment will create a replacement. A bare pod will not. Evicted pods stay visible until you delete them.
›How do I stop it happening again?
Set requests and limits, and an ephemeral-storage request if the app writes to disk. Then clear whatever filled the node.
